Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony Guide 19 trainers, proper fit and maintenance are essential.
Setup & Sizing:
- Ensure you have roughly a thumb's width of space at the front of the toe box.
- Lace the shoes snugly but avoid over-tightening the midfoot, which can restrict natural foot swelling during exercise.
Care Instructions:
- If the shoes get wet or muddy, remove the insoles and stuff the shoes with newspaper to absorb moisture.
- Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can degrade the foam.
- Clean the exterior using a soft-bristled brush and mild soap; avoid putting them in a washing machine as this can damage the structural adhesives.
