Product Information
Full details
The On Cloudrunner 3 is designed for adult runners who prioritize comfort, stability, and reliable performance during road sessions. Its primary benefit is the signature CloudTec cushioning, which offers a smooth, impact-absorbing landing paired with an energised push-off for consistent mileage. While these shoes excel at providing a supportive ride for daily training, users should note that they are specifically engineered for road surfaces rather than technical trail terrain.

FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for flat feet?
The Cloudrunner 3 is built for stability and support, which can be beneficial for runners needing a secure platform, but individual arch support needs should be assessed by a professional.
Can I use these for trail running?
These shoes are designed primarily for road running. The outsole rubber is optimized for smooth, hard surfaces rather than uneven trail terrain.
Are they waterproof?
No, the Cloudrunner 3 features a breathable mesh upper designed for ventilation, not water resistance.
How should the shoe fit?
You should have about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to allow for foot swelling during runs.
Do I need to replace the insoles?
The provided insoles are designed for optimal comfort with this specific midsole. Only replace them if you require custom orthotics.
Troubleshooting
Excessive debris trapped in outsole channels
Use a soft-bristled brush or a blunt tool to gently dislodge pebbles or mud from the CloudTec elements.
Feeling of decreased cushioning responsiveness
Rotate your shoes to allow the foam 24-48 hours to decompress after long runs, or consider replacing them if you have exceeded 400-500 miles.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your On Cloudrunner 3 trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in: While comfortable out of the box, perform a few shorter runs to allow the mesh upper to adapt to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Hand wash using a soft brush, mild soap, and cold water. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can damage the foam and adhesive.
- Drying: Air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators or intense direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture buildup in the mesh upper.
