The FitFlop RTG Trainers are designed for everyday comfort and walking. While they offer good cushioning, they are not specifically engineered for high-impact athletic performance and may lack the specialized support required for such activities.

For the suede toe cap, use a dedicated suede brush to remove dry dirt. For stains, a specialized suede cleaner should be used sparingly, following the product's instructions. Ensure the rest of the shoe is clean before brushing the suede.

The Anatomicush™ midsole in the RTG version is made from an extra-light EVA foam, offering ultra-light, all-day cushioning and flexibility with integrated flex grooves.

The suede is Scotchgard™ protected, offering some resistance to water and stains. However, they are not waterproof. It's best to avoid wearing them in heavy rain. If they get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat.

Ensure there is enough room to wiggle your toes without your heel slipping. The shoe should feel snug but not tight. Given this is a UK size 9, consult a FitFlop sizing chart if unsure about fit conversions.

The slightly chunkier silhouette enhances the cushioning provided by the Anatomicush™ midsole, offering a more substantial and comfortable feel underfoot while maintaining a refined shape.

Allow a short break-in period, as the Anatomicush™ midsole conforms to your foot over time. Ensure you have the correct size.

Regularly clean the leather and suede components using appropriate cleaning products for each material. Consider using a protective spray for future prevention.

The flex grooves are designed to allow movement. If stiffness persists, ensure the shoes are not overtightened if they have laces, and allow for natural foot flexion during walking.
