This lighting kit operates on a 12V DC system with an integrated transformer. It is not designed for use with standard mains voltage dimmer switches. Dimming capabilities would require a compatible low-voltage dimmer system, which is not included.

Each individual LED light fitting comes with 3 meters of attached cable.

The kit includes a 10-meter cable from the transformer to the junction box, and each of the 10 light fittings has 3 meters of cable.

While technically possible, cutting and extending cables can compromise the IP67 waterproofing and may void the warranty. It is best to use the provided cable lengths or consult with a qualified electrician about extending the system safely.

The LEDs are integrated into the light housing and are not designed to be user-replaceable. However, due to their low power consumption and durable design, they are expected to have a long lifespan.

These are designed as decking or in-ground lights. While creative indoor installations are possible, they are not intended for standard wall mounting applications without appropriate modification or housing.

Check that the main power supply is switched on. Verify the transformer is plugged in securely. Inspect all cable connections at the junction box and light fittings for looseness or damage. Ensure the correct fuse is in place in the plug if applicable.

This typically indicates a problem with a specific connection. Check the cable from the junction box to the non-working light, and the connection at the light fitting itself. If the cable is damaged, it may need replacement.

Ensure all connections are tight. Check the transformer; if it feels excessively hot or is buzzing, it may be overloaded or faulty. If multiple lights are connected to one output on the junction box, try redistributing them if possible to reduce load.

Immediately switch off the power supply. Carefully disconnect the affected light. Inspect the seal around the housing and cable entry point. Clean any debris from the seal and ensure it is properly seated. If damage is visible, the light fitting may need replacement.
