Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Identify Orientation: Ensure the larger padded section is positioned over your kneecap.
- Slip On: Slide the knee guard up your leg, similar to putting on a sock, until the elastic cuffs are snug above and below your knee.
- Position: Center the main impact padding directly over your kneecap. The guard should feel secure but not overly constrictive.
- Check Fit: Bend your knee through its full range of motion. The guard should move with your leg without pinching or sliding down.
Compatibility
These knee guards are Unisex and designed for Adult riders. They are compatible with:
- Riding Styles: Trail, Enduro, All-Mountain cycling.
- Clothing: Designed to be worn under riding shorts or pants, their slim profile ensures minimal bulk.

Care Instructions
Proper care extends the life and performance of your knee guards:
- Hand Wash Recommended: Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
- Gentle Cleaning: Gently scrub soiled areas. Do not wring or twist the guards, as this can damage the padding and fabric.
- Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure all soap residue is removed.
- Air Dry Only: Lay flat or hang in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry, as high heat can degrade materials and padding.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
