The Nike Mind 001 is a specialized recovery footwear solution designed for adults seeking targeted relief after intense physical activity. Its primary benefit lies in the innovative foam node system that massages pressure points and enhances ground feel, making it an excellent choice for post-workout restoration; however, potential users should note that these slippers are engineered strictly for recovery rather than for long-distance walking or general everyday use.

No, the Nike Mind 001 is engineered specifically for recovery and is not suitable for walking long distances or athletic activity.
This variant is sized at UK 13 for men. Ensure your heel sits comfortably within the heel cup to allow the nodes to align with your foot pressure points.
The materials are water-resistant and suitable for shower or locker room use, but they should be dried thoroughly after exposure to moisture.
The nodes are designed to move independently to massage pressure points and increase sensory ground feel during post-activity recovery.
Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the shape and longevity of the foam construction.
The foam is designed to respond to body heat and pressure; wear them for short intervals to allow the material to soften and conform to your foot.
Gently rinse the outsole with water or use a soft-bristled brush to dislodge particles from the circular traction pods.
As a slip-on style, the Nike Mind 001 requires no setup; simply slide them on to begin your recovery process. Regarding compatibility, this specific variant is sized for men at UK 13. To maintain the integrity of the foam nodes, avoid exposing the sandals to excessive heat or direct sunlight for extended periods, as this may warp the material. Clean the footwear by wiping the surface and the underside nodes with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure the footwear is completely dry before storage to prevent any moisture buildup within the perforated sidewalls.
