Clarks generally fit true to size. We recommend ordering your usual UK shoe size. If you are between sizes, consider the smaller size for a snugger fit as suede can stretch slightly with wear, or the larger size if you prefer more room.

While the suede can be protected with a spray, we advise against wearing these shoes in heavy rain or very wet conditions, as suede is prone to water staining and can be damaged by excessive moisture.

The tonal EVA sole can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Gently wipe away dirt and grime, then wipe with a clean damp cloth to remove any soap residue. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners.

An anatomical footbed is designed to contour to the natural shape of your foot, providing enhanced arch support, cushioning, and stability. This promotes maximum comfort and helps distribute pressure evenly.

Gently brush the entire shoe with a suede brush to lift the nap and remove surface dirt. For more stubborn marks, use a suede eraser before brushing.

This is common with new footwear. Wear the shoes for short periods initially to allow the anatomical footbed and suede to conform to your feet. The material will soften over time.

If already stained, let the shoes dry naturally. Then, gently rub the stained area with a suede eraser. If persistent, a slightly damp cloth can be used very sparingly, followed by brushing once dry. Prevent future spots with a protective spray.

The EVA sole provides durable traction, but new soles can sometimes be slick. Walk on rougher surfaces initially to scuff them slightly. Ensure the soles are clean and free from debris.
