Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your boots remain in top condition, follow these care guidelines:
- Breaking In: Wear them for short durations indoors initially to allow the leather to soften and mold to your feet.
- Cleaning: Use a dry cloth to wipe away surface dust after each wear. For deeper stains, use a leather-specific cleaner.
- Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner every few months to prevent the material from cracking or drying out.
- Storage: Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources, which can cause the leather to stiffen. Use cedar shoe trees to help maintain the boot's shape and absorb excess moisture.
