The Regatta Junior Highton kids' jacket is designed for children who need reliable protection from the elements during outdoor activities like school days or hikes. Its key benefit is providing waterproof and breathable comfort, ensuring kids stay dry and comfortable. A potential caveat to consider is that while suitable for general outdoor use, it is primarily a shell jacket and may require layering for extreme cold.

The Junior Highton jacket is a waterproof shell designed for protection against rain and wind. For cold winter conditions, it is recommended to layer warm clothing underneath, such as fleece or insulated tops, to provide adequate warmth.
You can machine wash the jacket at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, or dry clean. Always close zippers and fasteners before washing and wash separately.
Isotex 20000 refers to Regatta's waterproof and breathable fabric technology. The '20000' rating indicates a high level of protection, with a waterproof rating of 20,000mm and a breathability rating of 20,000 g/m²/24 hours.
No, the hood is a fixed, grown-on technical hood designed to provide integrated weather protection.
The printed name label inside the jacket is designed for children up to 8 years old.
The 360 reflective trims are designed to enhance visibility. While generally durable, their reflectivity may diminish over time with extensive wear and washing, as is common with most reflective materials.
Yes, this jacket is made from 100% recycled polyester, contributing to sustainability efforts.
Ensure all seams are taped correctly and that the DWR finish is still effective. Reapply DWR treatment if necessary. Check that zippers are fully closed.
This may indicate a need for better ventilation or layering. Ensure the child is not overheating and that base layers are moisture-wicking. Check that the jacket is not too tight, restricting airflow.
Adjust the elastic drawcord on the hood and high collar for a more secure fit. Ensure the hood is properly positioned before engaging the collar.
Gently clean the zipper teeth with a soft brush and a mild soap solution. Apply a silicone-based lubricant or wax to the zipper track.
Setup:
This is a ready-to-wear garment. Ensure the child tries it on for size and adjust the cuffs and hem drawcord for a comfortable, secure fit. The hood can be adjusted using its elastication.
Compatibility:
Designed for unisex children's wear, suitable for ages 3-14 years (based on available sizes). It pairs well with other outdoor or school clothing.
