The Clarks Straven2 Step loafer is designed for adult women seeking a versatile, professional, and comfortable low shoe for daily wear. Featuring premium leather construction and a supportive Contour Cushion footbed, it provides all-day comfort for busy schedules; however, its refined aesthetic and 20mm heel are best suited for office or smart-casual settings rather than high-intensity activity.

The Straven2 Step is designed to fit standard adult sizes, but since they are made of leather, they may feel slightly snug at first before molding to your foot.
The Contour Cushion footbed is integrated into the design. We recommend against removing it to avoid damaging the internal structure of the shoe.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use a dedicated leather cleaner applied with a soft cloth.
The 20mm heel is designed for moderate walking; while supportive, it is intended primarily for office and daily casual wear.
While the resin outsole provides good grip, they are leather shoes and should not be worn in heavy downpours to prevent potential water damage to the material.
Leather will naturally stretch and mold to your feet; wear them for short periods indoors to break them in gradually.
Use a leather-matching shoe cream or wax polish to buff out minor surface scuffs and restore the finish.
Because these are slip-on loafers, there is no setup required. Ensure the fit is snug but comfortable; leather will naturally soften and contour to your foot shape over time. To maintain the life of your shoes, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources. Use a leather cleaner or a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt and follow up with a neutral leather cream to keep the material supple. Avoid submerging the shoes in water, and allow them to air dry naturally if they become damp.
