Microwave does not start

Ensure the microwave is properly plugged into a working outlet. Check if the door is fully closed. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Turntable does not rotate

Verify that the turntable and its roller ring are correctly positioned. Ensure no food debris is obstructing the rotation. Clean the turntable and its seating area.

Uneven cooking or heating

Ensure food is arranged evenly on the plate. For larger portions, consider stirring or rotating the food halfway through the cooking time. Check that the correct power level is selected.
