The Harbor Backstrap provides moderate cushioning through its EVA midsole and a contoured footbed, offering general comfort. However, they may not provide the specific, structured arch support required by individuals with certain foot conditions.

Adjust the hook-and-loop fasteners on the straps to achieve a secure and comfortable fit.

Wear the sandals for short periods indoors to allow the leather to break in and conform to your foot shape.

Ensure the straps are adjusted correctly. If discomfort persists, the sandal's cushioning level might not be sufficient for your specific needs or activity.

Clean the leather with appropriate leather care products and apply a leather conditioner to maintain suppleness and protect against drying. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
