Setup, Compatibility & Care
Proper setup is vital for safety. Before your first ride, adjust the micro-adjustable buckles to your leg size while wearing your specific riding socks and knee braces to ensure a snug fit. The calf straps should be tightened until the boot feels secure but not restrictive. Compatibility with knee braces is high, but ensure the calf adjustment is expanded accordingly.
Care instructions:
- Clean the boots after every ride using a soft brush and water; avoid high-pressure washers that can force water into the joints.
- Periodically inspect the buckle hardware and tighten any loose fasteners.
- Keep the leather areas conditioned to prevent cracking.
- If the soles show excessive wear, use the SRS replacement kit to swap them out to maintain proper foot-peg interface.
