Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These trainers are ready to wear straight out of the box. Ensure you have the correct size for optimal comfort and performance. It's recommended to wear them for a few shorter runs initially to break them in and allow your feet to adapt.
Compatibility: The Progrid Guide 7 is designed for road running and general fitness training. They are suitable for most adult foot types, particularly those who benefit from mild stability.
Care:
- Cleaning: To clean, use a soft brush or cloth with cool water and mild soap to remove dirt and grime from the upper and midsole. Avoid harsh detergents or machine washing, as this can damage the materials.
- Drying: Air dry the trainers away from direct heat sources or sunlight. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain their shape.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures.
