A progressive evolution of Rowan Zorilla's style, the Rowan 2 skate shoe is designed to help push progression in skateboarding. Featuring vintage court shoe design cues and built with ImpactWaffle technology, it offers exceptional impact protection without sacrificing boardfeel. The ImpactWaffle technology is extended further into the forefoot for enhanced impact absorption. The SickStick rubber cupsole provides superior grip and board control with a zonal tread pattern in the forefoot and a reversed waffle tread in the heel for increased longevity. DURACAP reinforcement in high-wear areas ensures maximum durability. A new sockliner, made of 98% recycled foam, is added on top of a molded midsole for extra comfort. This shoe is crafted with sustainability in mind, utilizing recycled and natural materials in the upper including leather, suede, organic cotton, and recycled PET polyester. Vans' leather products support responsible manufacturing through the Leather Working Group. The Rowan 2 qualifies for the Checkerboard Globe Logo, indicating it meets strict guidelines for reduced environmental impact, with at least 30% of its materials being recycled, renewable, or regenerative.
