The Skechers GO RUN Consistent 3 is designed for adult men who prioritize ease and comfort in their daily workout or walking routines. This performance trainer stands out due to its innovative hands-free entry system, which significantly improves convenience, though the stretch-lace design means the fit is not as adjustable as traditional tie-up footwear.

These are performance trainers designed for consistent, moderate-distance workouts and walking.
The Air-Cooled Goga Mat insole is designed for the shoe, but it can typically be removed if you use your own orthotics.
There should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe.
No, the athletic mesh upper is designed for breathability and will not repel water.
No, these trainers feature fixed stretch laces and are designed to be worn as a slip-on.
Ensure the heel pillow is properly aligned and that you are using the correct size for your foot shape.
Hold the shoe frame while stepping in firmly to allow the heel pillow to guide your foot into position.
The Skechers GO RUN Consistent 3 does not require a break-in period thanks to the flexible mesh construction and cushioned heel. To ensure longevity, avoid machine washing these shoes; instead, spot clean the upper with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally in a cool, ventilated area, keeping them away from direct heat sources which can damage the midsole foam. Because they feature fixed stretch laces, ensure you select the correct size during purchase as you cannot modify the tension manually.
