Use the touch controls on the earbuds. A single tap on the left earbud lowers the volume, while a single tap on the right earbud raises the volume.
Tap the left or right earbud three times to cycle through the Music, Movie, and Podcast modes.
Tap either earbud once to answer or end a call.
They are water-resistant with an IPX4 rating, meaning they can withstand sweat and splashes but should not be submerged in water.
