Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your shade sail, identify three sturdy anchor points such as wall hooks, existing trees, or dedicated support posts. Attach the stainless steel fasteners to your anchor points using the provided ropes. Gradually tension the ropes to ensure the sail is taut, which prevents it from flapping excessively in the wind.
For maintenance, simply rinse the fabric periodically with water to remove dust and debris. If stubborn stains appear, use a mild, soapy solution and a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washers, as these may damage the UV-resistant coating. Ensure the sail is completely dry before packing it away for the off-season to prevent long-term mould growth.
