Full details

The Christow Artificial Rose Topiary Balls are an excellent decorative choice for homeowners looking to add a vibrant, floral aesthetic to indoor or outdoor spaces without the commitment of real plant maintenance. Each pack includes two 28cm diameter spheres featuring 202 lifelike roses in pink and white, designed to withstand the elements with UV and water-resistant materials. While these faux topiary balls offer immediate visual appeal and versatility, users should note they are made of lightweight materials and may require additional weight if placed in open areas prone to strong winds.

FAQs

Are these suitable for year-round outdoor use?

Yes, they are UV-protected and water-resistant, making them suitable for most outdoor weather conditions.

Can I use these indoors?

Absolutely, the aesthetic is well-suited for conservatories, hallways, and living areas.

What is the diameter of the ball?

Each topiary ball is 28cm in diameter.

Do I need tools for assembly?

No, the balls assemble easily by snapping the two halves together with integrated poppers.

Are the hanging chains removable?

Yes, the chains can be unclipped if you prefer to place the balls inside pots rather than hanging them.

How many flowers are on each ball?

Each ball features 202 lifelike roses.

Troubleshooting

The two halves are not snapping together securely

Check that the poppers are aligned correctly and ensure no foliage is caught in the mechanism before pressing firmly.

The ball blows over in the wind when placed in a pot

Place a stone or a small bag of sand at the bottom of your decorative pot to add weight and stability.

Pros and Cons

Pros

No maintenance required (no water or sunlight needed)
UV-protected material maintains color vibrancy outdoors
Easy tool-free assembly
Versatile hanging or floor-standing options

Cons

Lightweight structure may be affected by high winds
Does not mimic the scent of real flowers
Specific 28cm size may not fit all standard large garden pots

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To assemble, simply align the two halves and snap the poppers together. If you prefer to display them in pots, unclip the steel hanging chains and store them safely. For cleaning, simply rinse with a hose or wipe down with a damp cloth if dust accumulates indoors. While the materials are UV-protected, placing them in extreme, direct sunlight for many years may eventually result in slight color softening, though they are specifically engineered to remain vibrant much longer than standard plastic decor.
