Setup
Your Nike Phantom 6 Elite Low FG boots are ready to wear right out of the box. For optimal comfort and performance, it is recommended to *break in* your new boots over a few training sessions before competitive matches. This allows the materials to mold to your foot shape.
- Wear-in sessions: Begin by wearing the boots for shorter periods during light training sessions.
- Lacing: Experiment with different lacing tensions to find the most secure and comfortable fit for your foot.
Compatibility
- Surface: These boots are designed for Firm Ground (FG) pitches. This includes natural grass fields that are relatively dry and firm. Using them on other surfaces like artificial grass (AG), soft ground (SG), or indoor courts (IC) is not recommended as it can compromise performance, grip, and boot durability.
- Fit: The new shoe frame is designed to be more accommodating for various foot types, particularly in the toe box area. They are an adult, unisex design.
Care
Proper care will extend the life and performance of your boots:
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe off any dirt or mud from the upper and soleplate using a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a soft brush can be used on the soleplate. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Drying: Allow your boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use direct heat sources like radiators or hairdry, as this can damage the materials and adhesives.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Using boot trees or stuffing them with newspaper can help maintain their shape.
- Lacquer Wear: Please note that the blue lacquer finish on the bottom of the soleplate may wear off during play. This is a cosmetic characteristic and will not affect the performance, durability, or functionality of the product.
