While they offer good cushioning, the 530s are primarily designed for casual wear and everyday activities. For intense athletic training or sports requiring specialized support, other New Balance models may be more appropriate.

Gently scrub the midsole with a soft brush or an old toothbrush using a small amount of soap and water. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.

The trainers feature a durable synthetic upper, often incorporating leather or faux leather elements, and a textile lining. The midsole is made with ABZORB technology.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers, as it can damage the materials, adhesives, and cushioning. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method.
