While the light strings are suitable for outdoor use, the battery box and USB connection port are not waterproof and must be placed in a dry, indoor, or protected location.
The lights are compatible with standard USB adapters, such as those used for smartphones or tablets.
The lights feature eight distinct functions, including options like twinkle, chasing, and steady-on.
Yes, the LED technology ensures the lights stay cool to the touch even after extended periods of use.
The product is designed for individual use per power source. Avoid daisy-chaining multiple sets to prevent overloading the USB power supply.
Check the power adapter connection or try a different USB port or wall charger to confirm power is flowing.
Replace the batteries with a fresh set, as low power levels will significantly reduce LED brightness.
Check the controller button for debris and ensure the USB connection is fully seated to allow for signal transmission.
To set up your lights, choose your preferred power source—either connecting the USB cable to a power bank or a wall adapter. When using the battery box, ensure fresh batteries are inserted correctly to maintain brightness. While the string itself is designed for outdoor use, you must ensure the battery pack and the USB connection point are kept dry inside. To clean, simply wipe the light bulbs gently with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not submerge the lights in water or use harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the protective coating on the LEDs.
