Yes, it features an internal heater to reach the required temperatures for effective steam washing.
You can use this cycle whenever you need a hygienic boost, such as for washing bedding, towels, or baby clothes.
Direct drive motors are generally built for longevity, but please consult your specific warranty documentation for coverage terms.
Most front loaders allow a pause function if the water level is low enough, but check the manual for your specific cycle limitations.
You can adjust the spin speed on most cycles; use a lower spin speed for delicate garments.
Ensure all four feet are firmly on the floor and the machine is perfectly level; remove all transit bolts.
Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages and clear the debris filter located at the bottom front of the machine.
Wait a few minutes for the electronic safety lock to disengage; check that no water remains in the drum.
For optimal performance, ensure the machine is placed on a completely flat, rigid floor surface to prevent vibration. During setup, verify that all transit bolts are removed, as leaving these in place can cause severe damage to the drum mechanism. Compatibility-wise, the unit connects to standard cold water supplies. For care, regularly wipe down the door seal to prevent mold buildup, and run a maintenance wash using a drum cleaning program every few months to keep the anti-bacteria environment effective. Always ensure the detergent drawer is pulled out slightly after use to allow for complete drying.
