Troubleshooting
Bed frame feels unstable after assembly.
Ensure all bolts and fixings are securely tightened. Double-check that the center support leg(s) are properly in place and making firm contact with the floor.
Fabric appears creased or wrinkled upon arrival.
This can sometimes happen during transit. Try gently steaming the fabric (following fabric care guidelines) or allowing the fabric to naturally relax over a few days. Ensure it's not from improper handling during unpacking.
Difficulty aligning screw holes during assembly.
Loosely tighten all screws initially, then align the remaining parts before fully tightening all fixings. Ensure you are using the correct screws for each step as per the instructions.
Slight color variation from online images.
Colors can appear differently on various screen displays. Fabric samples are available upon request to confirm color accuracy before ordering.
