The best time to water your garden to prevent leaf scorch and excessive evaporation is at sunrise or sunset but this is not always convenient.The Hozelock Sensor Controller range of automatic watering will take care of this for you. They include a day light sensor that automatically adjusts your daily watering schedule to start at sunrise, sunset or both.No need to programme ever again, it will automatically change the start times to coincide with sunrise and sunset as the seasons change.The Sensor Controller is easy to set up, just insert 2 x AA batteries (not supplied) and turn the dial to your preferred watering schedule.You can choose your watering schedule to be 2, 5, 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes long. With changing weather conditions, it is easy to adjust the time without having to refer back to the manual.If you need to dispense water outside of the automatic schedule you can use the Water Now button. Press once to turn the timer on for a 60 minutes or simply press again to cancel the operation for shorter periods.Pressing the battery status button will illuminate LED lights to indicate the strength left in the battery.Should the battery levels drop to a level that could fail whilst watering is in progress, the failure prevention mode will kick in.
