You can machine wash it at 40 degrees Celsius. It's best to wash with similar colors and avoid bleaching, ironing, or dry cleaning. Always remember to keep it away from fire.

LYCRA® fibre is incorporated to provide exceptional stretch and recovery, ensuring the base layer offers long-lasting comfort, maintains its shape, and allows for full freedom of movement during any activity.

While the Optivent technology provides breathability, this long-sleeve base layer is engineered for 'cooler match days' and 'intense training sessions' where some warmth retention or layering is beneficial. For very warm weather, a short-sleeve or lighter option might be more appropriate.

The rubberised grip hem is located at the bottom edge of the base layer to prevent it from riding up during strenuous physical activity. This ensures the garment stays securely in place for consistent comfort and performance.

The shell is made of 92% Polyester and 8% Lycra (or 90% Polyester / 10% Lycra for Grey Marl variants), while the mesh components are 82% Polyester and 18% Elastane. These materials are chosen for their moisture-wicking and elastic properties.
