Setup, Compatibility & Care
When you first receive your rug, roll it out in the opposite direction of its packaging to help the fibers settle and flatten naturally. To ensure safety and prevent slippage, we recommend using an anti-slip rug pad underneath on smooth surfaces.
Care Instructions:
- Regular Vacuuming: Use a suction-only vacuum or a setting with the beater bar turned off to avoid damaging the fibers.
- Spot Cleaning: Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, which can fray the pile.
- Rotating: Rotate your rug 180 degrees every few months to ensure even wear and prevent specific areas from flattening faster than others.
- Deep Cleaning: Professional cleaning is recommended for deep-seated stains to preserve the integrity of the weave.
