Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These shoes are ready to wear right out of the box. Ensure they fit snugly but comfortably before your first run. Adjust lacing as needed for a secure feel.
Compatibility:
Designed for trail running on various surfaces including dirt, mud, gravel, and rocks. Suitable for wet weather conditions. Not optimized for highly technical, extremely rocky terrain or road running exclusively.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: After runs, use a soft brush or damp cloth to remove dirt and mud from the upper and outsole. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: If the shoes get wet, stuff them with newspaper to absorb moisture and allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources (e.g., radiators, hairdryers), as this can damage the materials.
- Waterproofing Maintenance: While GORE-TEX is durable, avoid harsh chemicals or excessive scrubbing on the membrane. Allow the shoes to dry completely between wears to maintain their performance and longevity.
