Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before the first use, wash the pan in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. While the pan is induction compatible, ensure that the diameter of your hob's induction zone matches the 30cm base to prevent uneven heating.
For ongoing maintenance:
- Although the pan is highly resistant, avoid using extreme high-heat settings for extended periods as this can degrade any non-stick coating over time.
- Allow the pan to cool completely before submerging in cold water to prevent thermal shock and potential warping.
- While compatible with metal utensils, using silicone or wooden tools will further extend the lifespan of the non-stick surface.
- Hand washing is recommended to maintain the exterior finish and coating quality over the long term.
