FAQs

Is the CP Company DD Shell Sn64 waterproof?

It is designed as a technical outer layer with weather-resistant properties, but it is not a fully seam-sealed waterproof rain jacket.

Does the size XL fit true to size?

Yes, the jacket is designed to provide a comfortable, standard XL fit, allowing for internal layering.

Can I tumble dry this jacket?

It is strongly recommended to avoid tumble drying to protect the material finish and shape of the shell.

What is the best way to remove surface dirt?

Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the surface of the shell; avoid abrasive scrubbing.

Is this jacket suitable for winter?

It functions best as a transitional layer. In deep winter, it is recommended to wear it over high-performance insulation.

Troubleshooting

Fabric appears wrinkled after storage

Gently steam the garment from a distance or hang it in a steamy bathroom; do not apply direct iron heat to the shell.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your CP Company DD Shell Sn64, follow these maintenance guidelines:

Cleaning: Always refer to the internal care label. Generally, machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle to preserve the integrity of the technical shell.
Drying: Air dry the garment away from direct heat sources or intense sunlight to prevent material degradation.
Storage: Hang the jacket on a high-quality, wide-shoulder hanger to maintain the shape of the garment when not in use.
Compatibility: This piece is designed to fit over standard mid-layers such as sweatshirts, light down vests, or heavy knits. Avoid wearing bulky, oversized items underneath that could compromise the silhouette.
