Troubleshooting
Bed frame feels unstable
Ensure all bolts and screws are tightened securely. Check that the bed frame is on a level surface and re-tighten any loose fittings.
Headboard is wobbly
Verify that the headboard struts are correctly attached to the bed base and that all corresponding screws are fully tightened.
Missing assembly parts
Please check the packaging thoroughly. If parts are still missing, contact customer support with your order details and the specific part needed.
Mattress feels uneven
Ensure the bed base slats are correctly positioned and evenly spaced. If the issue persists, it may be related to the mattress itself; allow the mattress a few days to settle after initial setup.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: The Moscow Bed requires self-assembly. All necessary instructions and components will be provided. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly, particularly when attaching the headboard and base components.
Compatibility: This bed frame is designed to work with the included Chelsea mattress. Ensure all parts are correctly assembled before placing the mattress. The bed is available in multiple sizes, so choose the size that best fits your room.
Care: To maintain the plush velvet fabric, dust regularly with a soft brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the velvet. Professional cleaning may be recommended for deep stains.
