This model is designed for central heating systems only. It does not come with or support an electric heating element.
Basic plumbing tools such as wrenches, a pipe cutter, PTFE tape, and potentially a drill for wall mounting are typically required. Ensure you have the correct fittings for your specific heating system.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the surface. For more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap solution and rinse with clean water, then dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
The towel rail measures 500mm in width and 1000mm in height.

The towel rail includes adjustable wall brackets, wall fixing screws and wall plugs, and a blanking plug and air vent. Radiator valves are typically sold separately, depending on your system's requirements.
Ensure your central heating system is turned on and functioning. Check that the radiator valves are open. Bleed the air vent on the towel rail to release any trapped air, which can impede circulation.
Turn off the heating system and drain the affected area. Check that all fittings are securely tightened. Ensure any sealant or PTFE tape used on the threads is applied correctly. If the leak persists, contact a qualified plumber.

The adjustable brackets allow for a distance of 75mm to 90mm from the wall to the front of the rail. Once mounted, install the blanking plug and air vent as per the manual. After installation, slowly refill and bleed your heating system.
