They are made from a blend including merino wool for warmth and quick-drying functional materials for moisture management. They feature padding for comfort and control, a flat toe seam to prevent irritation, and an anatomical fit designed for ski boots.
Refer to the sizing guide based on your shoe size. If you find yourself between sizes, the manufacturer recommends choosing the smaller size to prevent creases and ensure optimal comfort within your ski boots.
While optimized for skiing due to their padding and boot-specific design, they can be worn for other cold-weather activities where warmth and moisture management are important. However, they might be warmer than necessary for casual wear.
Machine wash them warm (40°C) with similar colors, do not bleach, and tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing and dry cleaning. Washing them inside out is recommended.
The three-layer construction is designed to efficiently wick moisture away from your skin to the outer layers, helping to keep your feet dry and reduce the risk of blisters.
Yes, FALKE uses special knitting techniques adapted to the anatomical differences between men's and women's feet, ensuring a high level of comfort and fit for female skiers.
This level of padding provides cushioning against impacts and pressure points from ski boots, enhancing comfort during long days on the slopes while maintaining a good feel for the skis and precise control.
Ensure socks are not too tight, which can restrict circulation. Check that ski boots are not overly tightened. Ensure the socks are fully dry before wearing.
Verify that the correct size has been chosen. If between sizes, try a size down as recommended for a snugger, crease-free fit. Ensure the sock is pulled up smoothly before putting on the boot.
Confirm the sock size is correct and that there are no wrinkles. Ensure the ski boot fit itself is appropriate. The socks are designed to minimize pressure points, so persistent issues may relate to boot fit.
While the socks are highly moisture-wicking, extreme conditions or prolonged wetness can challenge any material. Ensure socks are properly dried after washing and before use. Consider the overall boot breathability.
Setup: These are ready-to-wear ski socks. Ensure you select the correct size based on your foot measurement and boot size. If you are between sizes, the manufacturer recommends opting for the smaller size for a crease-free fit.
Compatibility: Designed specifically for use with ski boots. The medium-thickness padding and extended cuff are optimized for this purpose. They are suitable for adult skiers.
