Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This cooker comes with a sealed plate hob and a conventional electric oven. Please note that it does not come with a power plug attached and requires installation by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and compliance. Ensure the cooker is placed on a stable, level surface. Check that the ventilation around the appliance is adequate as per installation guidelines.
Compatibility: The hob is compatible with most standard flat-bottomed cookware, including stainless steel, cast iron, and enamel pots and pans. Avoid cookware with warped bases for optimal heat transfer.
Care: To maintain the cooker's appearance and performance:
- Hob: After each use, allow the hob plates to cool completely. Wipe spills with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn residue, use a non-abrasive hob cleaner.
- Oven: The interior is coated with easy-clean enamel. After the oven has cooled, wipe away food residue with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent. For tougher stains, a specialized oven cleaner can be used, following the product instructions carefully. Ensure the oven is thoroughly dry before next use.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the finish.
