Yes, it generally fits true to standard adult sizing, though it is recommended to check the specific UK size conversion for your foot.
Absolutely, the secure fit and stable platform make them suitable for a variety of gym-based training activities.
The Downshifter 13 incorporates recycled foam and a rubber outsole containing 13% Nike Grind material.
They are designed for daily training and general fitness, providing reliable cushioning that works well for various distances.
Gently wipe the mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid putting them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the materials.
Adjust the laces to tighten the internal support band across the midfoot for a more secure fit.
Use a dry, soft brush to dislodge debris from the rubber lugs to maintain optimal grip.
To ensure your Downshifter 13 remains in top condition, follow these guidelines. Start by ensuring the internal support band is tightened comfortably across your midfoot to prevent slippage. When cleaning, avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh chemicals; instead, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh and a damp cloth to wipe down the rubber outsole. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to preserve the foam's integrity.
