The SONGMICS Countertop Ice Maker is an ideal solution for home kitchens, offices, or RV setups where quick access to fresh ice is a priority. It excels at rapid production, yielding 9 cubes in just 6 minutes, making it highly effective for entertaining or daily use. While its compact and portable design is a major advantage for smaller spaces, users should note that as a countertop model, it requires manual refilling of the water reservoir rather than a continuous plumbed connection.

It is recommended to run the self-cleaning cycle once a month or whenever the unit has been sitting unused for an extended period.
No, this unit is an ice maker, not a freezer. The ice basket is designed for temporary storage; ice should be moved to a freezer if not used immediately.
Yes, using filtered or purified water is encouraged as it can improve the taste of the ice and reduce mineral buildup in the internal components.
Use the one-touch operation panel to toggle between the small or large setting before starting the cycle.
The ice basket can hold approximately 0.6 kg of ice at one time.
Not at all. With its compact dimensions and a sturdy, integrated handle, it is designed for easy portability between rooms or for travel.
Check the water reservoir level and refill as needed. If the reservoir is full, ensure the water intake is not blocked.
Transfer the finished ice to a freezer immediately after production, as the basket is not insulated like a freezer.
Ensure the device is on a completely level surface. Vibration against uneven counters can increase noise levels.
Setting up the SONGMICS Ice Maker is straightforward. Before the first use, run the self-cleaning cycle to sanitize the internal components. Ensure the unit is placed in a well-ventilated area with at least 4 inches of space around the sides for proper airflow. For regular maintenance, use the integrated drain plug to flush out stagnant water after each use. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth and use the self-cleaning function at least once a month to prevent mineral buildup and ensure the ice maintains a fresh taste.
