To maintain the appearance of the acacia wood, you may occasionally apply a food-safe mineral oil to the lid to prevent drying or cracking. Ensure the silicone ring is seated properly in the groove of the lid to maintain the airtight seal; if it comes loose, simply press it back into the channel.
