Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your pumps retain their luxury finish, proper care is essential. When putting on the shoes, always utilize the adjustable buckle to loosen the strap rather than stretching the slingback over your heel to preserve the integrity of the material. For cleaning, use a dedicated suede brush to gently remove surface dust and dirt in the direction of the grain. If the suede encounters water, allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can warp the leather or cause the suede to stiffen. Storage should occur in a cool, dry place, ideally using shoe trees to maintain the structural form of the pump.
