Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before starting your installation, ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and perfectly level; even minor humps can cause the click-lock system to fail or gaps to appear between planks. Although the flooring is waterproof, ensure that room temperatures are stable during the initial 48-hour acclimation period. Installation is achieved by angling the tongue into the groove and snapping the plank into place—no power tools or glues are required. For regular maintenance, use a soft-bristled broom or a vacuum cleaner with the beater bar turned off to prevent scratches. Clean up spills immediately and use a damp mop with a pH-neutral cleaner to keep the surface looking new. Always use felt pads under heavy furniture legs to maintain the integrity of the finish.
