Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Unpack: Remove boots from packaging.
- Entry: Unzip the inside zip fully.
- Adjust: Once your foot is comfortably inside, fasten the zip. Use the adjustable buckle strap to achieve your desired fit around the ankle. Ensure it's snug but not overly tight, allowing for natural movement.
Compatibility
These boots are highly versatile. They pair well with:
- Casual Wear: Jeans, leggings, or casual trousers.
- Smart-Casual Attire: Chinos, skirts, dresses, or tailored trousers.
- Seasonal Outfits: Suitable for autumn and winter, and transitional spring days.
Care
As the boots are crafted from premium leather, proper care is essential to maintain their appearance and extend their lifespan:
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe off dirt and dust with a soft, damp cloth. For more stubborn marks, use a specialized leather cleaner according to product instructions.
- Conditioning: Apply a good quality leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather supple and prevent it from drying out, cracking, or becoming stiff. Test any new product on an inconspicuous area first.
- Protection: Consider using a leather protector spray to enhance water resistance and guard against stains. This is particularly useful in damp conditions.
- Drying: If the boots get wet, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or hairdry, as this can damage the leather.
- Storage: When not in use, store them in a cool, dry place, ideally with shoe trees to help maintain their shape.
