This Paulmann 28795 LED reflector lamp in black is designed for users seeking an energy-efficient replacement for traditional halogen reflectors. Its key benefit is the focused light beam created by internal mirrors, perfect for directed illumination and accent lighting, with an integrated three-step dimming feature for adjustable ambiance. A potential caveat is its 'G' energy efficiency rating, which is lower than newer standards, though still significantly more efficient than incandescent bulbs.

The three-step dimming function allows you to select three brightness levels (e.g., 100%, 50%, 10%) by turning the light switch off and on again in quick succession. Each subsequent on-cycle changes the brightness level.
No, this bulb is designed to work with standard on/off light switches for its integrated three-step dimming feature. It is not compatible with traditional rotary or slider dimmer switches.
The bulb emits a warm white light with a color temperature of 3000 Kelvin.
The bulb has a rated lifespan of 15,000 hours.
The bulb has a diameter of 10 cm and a length of 66 mm.
The luminous flux is 360 lumens.
Check that the bulb is properly seated in the GU10 socket. Verify the light switch is functional and the power supply is active. Ensure the bulb is not burnt out (though unlikely given its lifespan).
Ensure you are using a standard on/off light switch. The dimming function relies on rapid on/off cycles; try varying the speed of these cycles. Check that the bulb is not incompatible with the specific type of switch if it's an unusual model.
This can sometimes occur if the bulb is not fully seated or if there is a minor power fluctuation. Try reseating the bulb. If flickering persists, contact customer support as the bulb may be faulty.
Confirm the bulb's luminous flux is 360 lm, which may be lower than high-wattage halogen bulbs it replaces. Ensure the correct dimming level is selected by cycling through the steps with the light switch.
