What is the warranty period?

The Dimplex EverDri 20L comes with a 3-year guarantee, requiring registration.

Can I use the dehumidifier in a cold environment?

The unit is most effective in temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. Performance may be reduced in very cold conditions.

What does the comfort humidity light indicate?

Green indicates the humidity is ideal, blue means it's too humid, and red indicates it is too dry.

How do I use the continuous drain function?

Connect an 11mm internal diameter hose to the outlet at the back of the dehumidifier and lead it to a suitable drain. Ensure the hose is securely attached.

Troubleshooting

Check the power connection and ensure the unit is plugged in correctly. Make sure the water tank is properly installed. Check the power outlet by plugging in another device.

Poor dehumidifying performance.

Check and clean the air filters. Ensure the unit is not obstructed and has sufficient airflow. Check that the room is within the unit's capacity.

The unit is noisy.

Ensure the unit is placed on a level surface. Check for any obstructions that might be causing vibration. Reduce the fan speed setting if possible.
