Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Winding: If the watch has stopped, gently turn the crown clockwise until you feel resistance to wind the mainspring.
- Setting Time: Pull the crown out to the appropriate position (usually the furthest position) and turn to set the correct time. Push the crown back in to start the watch.
- Setting Date (if applicable): Pull the crown out to the middle position and turn to set the date. Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM to prevent damage to the movement.
- Using Chronograph: Press the top pusher to start/stop the chronograph. Press the bottom pusher to reset the chronograph hands to zero.
Compatibility:
This is a standalone analog watch and does not require compatibility with other devices.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Dry thoroughly.
- Water Resistance: While rated for 50m, avoid exposing the watch to high-velocity water (like from a tap or shower) and do not operate the crown or pushers while submerged.
- Strap/Bracelet Adjustment: If the bracelet needs adjustment, it's recommended to visit a professional jeweler or watch repair service to avoid scratching.
- Storage: Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in its original box or a soft pouch.
