The recommended care is dry cleaning only. Avoid machine washing or drying to maintain the integrity of the insulation and fabric.

The body and lining are made of 100% nylon, and the pocket lining is 100% polyester.

While it offers water resistance, it is not designed for heavy rain. For prolonged exposure to wet conditions, a dedicated waterproof jacket would be more suitable.

The relaxed fit means it's not tight and allows for comfortable movement and layering. Cropped length refers to a shorter hem that typically falls above the hip.

Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper teeth. Gently try to work the zipper up and down. If needed, apply a small amount of graphite (from a pencil tip) or a silicone-based lubricant to the zipper teeth.

This can occasionally happen with down-filled items. Gently pull any escaping feathers back into the jacket or from the inside. If excessive, contact customer support.

This is normal due to compression during storage. Place the jacket in a cool dryer on a no-heat setting with a few clean tennis balls for 10-15 minutes to help re-fluff the down insulation.
