This is normal for down products. Gently pull the feather back into the garment from the opposite side. Do not pull it through.

The down may have clumped during washing. Ensure you tumble dry on low with tennis balls to redistribute the down and restore loft.

Ensure there is no fabric caught in the zipper. Gently try to move the slider back and forth. Lubricating the zipper teeth with a graphite pencil or wax can help.
