Yes, the Nike React Element 87 is designed to fit true to size, so you should select your standard UK shoe size.
These trainers are primarily designed for lifestyle and casual everyday wear, not for high-intensity athletic training.
Gently wipe the white portions with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that could discolour the material.
The leather upper is not waterproof. It is recommended to apply a water-repellent spray designed for leather to protect against light moisture.
React foam offers high energy return, which means it provides a bouncy, springy feeling that helps reduce fatigue during long periods of walking.
The React foam will soften slightly with use; try wearing them for shorter periods during the first few days.
Use a leather-safe conditioner or cleaner to buff out surface marks and restore the finish.
Ensure the laces are threaded through all eyelets evenly to maintain consistent tension across the bridge of the foot.
Because these trainers fit true to size, no complex setup or break-in period is generally required; they are ready for wear right out of the box. To maintain the aesthetic of the leather, avoid submerging the shoes in water. Instead, use a soft, dry brush to remove loose dirt after each use. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a damp cloth on the leather surfaces, then allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking or warping.
