Nike Initiator - White - UK 5

The Nike Initiator trainers are best suited for everyday road running, jogging, and general fitness training. They offer comfort and support for shorter to medium distances.

The description does not specify suitability for wide feet. It is recommended to try them on or consult customer reviews regarding fit for different foot widths.

A proper fit means there should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe when standing. The heel should feel secure without slipping.

It is not recommended to machine wash the Nike Initiator trainers, as this can damage the materials and construction. Hand wash with mild soap and water.

The Nike Initiator is generally designed as a comfortable, supportive option for daily training. More advanced models might offer specialized features like enhanced stability for pronation, lighter weight for speed, or advanced cushioning technologies for long-distance running.

This specific product listing is for a variant in White. The Nike Initiator series is available in various color families including Red, Pink, Silver, Black, Grey, and Beige, across a range of adult UK sizes for both men and women.

Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. Try wearing thinner socks. The shoes may also loosen slightly with wear.

The cushioning is designed for comfort during general training. For enhanced cushioning, consider adding an aftermarket insole designed for running.

Ensure the shoe's interior is dry and free of debris. Allow shoes to air out between wears.

The outsole is designed for general use; traction may be reduced on very wet or slippery surfaces. Exercise caution in such conditions.
