The Valerie Objects Hanging Lamp No.2 is a wall-mounted light fixture that provides far-reaching, adjustable illumination, similar to a ceiling pendant. Originally designed for a home lacking ceiling sockets, its prototypes were first showcased at Muller Van Severen’s 2011 solo exhibition. This lamp can be mounted up to 180cm in height, with a glass lamp at the end of a curved rod that extends 75cm from the wall. It is ideal for living rooms, dining rooms, studies, or above workspaces and dining tables. The lamp features playful and colourful steel rods that are visually appealing on their own or when combined with other Valerie Objects lighting fixtures like hanging, ceiling, or floor lamps. It is available in various vibrant finishes, as well as an industrial antique brass option.
