For general cleaning, wipe the mesh with a damp cloth. For tougher spots, use a soft brush or cloth with a small amount of mild soap and water. Always air dry completely away from direct heat.

The trainers feature a memory foam cushioned insole and a molded EVA outsole for general comfort and cushioning. They provide standard support for everyday activities, but not specialized or advanced arch support. If you require significant arch support, consider using your preferred orthotic inserts.
