Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack all components and verify you have the blind, brackets, screws, and child safety clip.
- Measure your window recess accurately. If trimming is required, use a sharp craft knife and a straight edge for a clean cut along the fabric.
- Attach the brackets to the wall or window frame above the window, ensuring they are level and securely fastened.
- Clip the roller blind mechanism into the brackets.
- Attach the child safety clip to the blind chain at a safe height, securing the excess chain to the wall.
Compatibility:
This blind is designed for standard window installations. It is compatible with most common window frame materials (wood, uPVC, aluminum). The trimmable feature makes it adaptable to a wide range of window widths.
Care:
To clean the blind, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe away dust and marks. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, as this can damage the fabric. For stubborn spots, a mild detergent can be used sparingly, followed by a clean damp cloth. Ensure the blind is fully dry before rolling it up. Regular dusting will help maintain its appearance.
